Use the study by Holtrup et al. 2022 (Extracting words from your questionnaire to measure personality - Hexaco) to replicatively identify a questionnaire for motivation and build a vocabulary that can be used to detect motivation in cover letters. Access to cover letters from a company is NECESSARY.
